The petitioner has sought direction for inclusion of her name in the voters' list for Constituency No.55, Nagpur Central Legislative Assembly. Since the petitioner had made a representation under Rule 21 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, this Court on 14.06.2022 had directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions as regards the representation of the petitioner.

Today, it is submitted that pursuant to the said representation, the name of the petitioner has been included in the voters' list and she has been issued Voters' Identity Card.
