By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 12 days and restore the appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

In the light of the said statement and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The first appeal stands restored.
