DATE : February 26, 2021 Civil Application (CAW) No.2103 OF 2019 The applicant-petitioner No.4 has moved this application seeking modification of the order dated 27/03/2019 that was passed while issuing notice in the writ petition. The petitioners were directed to deposit 50% of the amount of Rs.32,73,140/- within a period of four weeks from that date.

In the application it has been stated that the outstanding amount is much less than what has been directed to be deposited. This fact is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.5. Be that as it may, till date the petitioners have not deposited even the amount which according to them is due. The exact amount due to be paid by the petitioners can be urged by them while arguing the Writ Petition No.2479/2019 for admission. I do not find any reason to modify the order dated 27/03/2019.
