Seen the letter dated 18th September, 2019 received from District Judge No.5, Nagpur. He has sought for extension for a further period of six months. Initially, the period of one year was granted to be computed from 6th September, 2018.

Learned District Judge has mentioned that he is heavily over burdened.

He has also mentioned that both the learned advocates have not argued the matter till date.

Further period of six months is granted to dispose of Regular Civil Appeal No. 373 of 2017 from today. Learned District Judge is at liberty to use his power, so that there will be progress in the matter and the parties through their advocate will advance argument. JUDGE
