The learned counsel for respondent No.5-Municipal Council submits that, if proper application is made for considering the petitioner's employment for appointment as Safai Kamgar on the basis of Laad Paage Committee report and Government Resolution dated 24.02.2023, the Municipal Council will consider it in accordance with the provisions of law.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Municipal Council by filing an application seeking employment on the basis of Laad Paage Committee report.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
