The matter, which not on board, has been allowed to be circulated at joint request made by learned Advocate Shri Narayan Phadnis for the applicants and learned Advocate Shri T.U. Tathod for non-applicant No.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri R.S. Nayak appears for non-applicant No.1. Registry has accordingly taken out additional board. The parties, particularly applicant No.3-husband, who resides at Pune and non-applicant No.2-wife, who resides at Karanja (Lad), are present in person. They are identified by their respective advocates. The parties state that matter is settled amicably between them in mediation and agreement has been duly signed by them. The original agreement, signed on 26/11/2015 by all parties as also their counsel and mediator, is placed on record by the Registry along with report of mediation.

Accordingly, in terms of agreement, as the dispute is amicably settled, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer [A]. F.I.R. No.317/2014, dated 30/12/2014 is quashed and set aside and consequently charge-sheet presented in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.1, Karanja (Lad) is also quashed and set aside.
