DATE : AUGUST 22, 2017 Shri S. A. Mohta, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, states that the dispute with the respondent-bank stands settled. However the no objection certificate is yet to be issued by the bank. He seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to re-agitate his contentions if the no objection certificate is not granted.

Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty and disposed of accordingly.
