2 / 2 43-WP 360.2021 revealed by the communication dated 28/12/2020, 01 out of 05 selected candidates having not joined, the respondent No.2 is considering issuing appointment letter to the candidate at Sr.No.6, but till date no such appointment letter has been received by the petitioner. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents.
