After the order was passed by this Court on 12/06/2018 that the petition had been rendered possibly infructuous as the term of election, which was for five years and which was held on 23/10/2012 had already expired, the petitioners did not respond in any manner although they were given a chance to do so. It is obvious that the petition has been rendered infructuous, as seen from the tenor of the petitioners to avail of the opportunity already given to him.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. JUDGE *sandesh
