It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the judgment of this Court of which non-compliance is complained of has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Since the challenge to such judgment is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we are not inclined to examine the aspect of deliberate noncompliance. The present proceedings are not entertained. Needless to state that based on the outcome of such challenge, the petitioner would always be at liberty to take appropriate steps in future.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
