Order 2004wp3649.20 of communication dated 6 April 2022 issued by the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to Petitioners, wherein it is stated that it was already informed to Petitioners on 3 October 2019 that since Petitioners have not completed the requisite 8 years service, they are not entitled to the benefit of Time Bound Promotion Scheme.

The said order/communication is taken on record. Granting liberty to Petitioners to challenge the said order/ communication as per law, and keeping all contentions open, Writ Petition is disposed of .
