HAQ, J.

DATE : 17.6.2016 Heard Shri K.S. Malokar, Advocate for the petitioners - employer, Shri O.Y. Kashid, Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 7 - employees and Shri A.D. Sonak, A.G.P. for the respondent No.8. The employer has challenged the order passed by the Industrial Court allowing the complaint filed by the employees and directing the employer to give an opportunity to the employees (complainants) of re-employment when the employer proposes to employ other workers. In my view, the directions given by the Industrial Court do not prejudice the employer in any manner. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is disposed. No costs.
