Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned APP for the State has rightly argued that the girl at the relevant time was aged about 15 years, therefore, the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act, 2012 are attracted. That being so, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (ABA) No.246 of 2015 is rejected with liberty to apply for regular bail.
