Civil Application (W) No.1070 of 2016.

The prayer of the respondent No.2-employee for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitionersemployer is opposed on the ground that the respondent No.2 had taken loan and till 04-06-2016 he is liable to pay Rs.5,20,711/-.

The amount of Rs.5,50,000/- out of the amount deposited by the petitioners be kept in fixed deposit in the nationalised bank, until further orders.

The balance amount alongwith interest, if any, be given to the respondent No.2.

2 caw1602.15 The civil application is disposed in the above terms.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 makes grievance that the petitioners have not properly calculated the amount required to be deposited by them as per the order passed by the School Tribunal. The respondent No.2 is granted liberty to file appropriate application.
