Shri Badar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already filed Criminal Appeal No. 60 of 2015 through Legal Aid Service authorities and that Appeal is admitted by this Court on 25.02.2015. Unaware of the same, present Criminal Application (APPA) No. 299 of 2015 came to be filed. He states that he has instructions to withdraw the said application.

In view of filing of Criminal Appeal No. 60 of 2015, the present Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
