The Industrial Court, Nagpur directed the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners and to give benefit of permanency to those complainants who have retired from the service. This order passed on 19th September, 2018. the present respondents who have also respondents before the Industrial Court, have filed writ petition and this Court had stayed the said order. In view of that, now the petitioners want to withdraw this Contempt Petition and they are seeking leave to file it once again if the interim order will stand vacated.

Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners can file it again as and when there is occasion.
