Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The present application is a successive bail application by the applicant. The first bail application was registered as Criminal Application (BA) No.1046/2019. The said application was listed before this Court after filing of chargesheet. The application was withdrawn since the Court was not inclined to grant relief.

Now, a fresh application is filed by learned counsel Shri A.M.Jaltare who was not counsel in the first application. It is submission of learned counsel for the applicant that earlier counsel could not argue the case properly and could not point out material in the chargesheet before the Court. I am afraid that this submission can be .....2/-

ba73.20 5 accepted. Merely because there is an Advocate, that cannot be considered as change in circumstance.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of as such. 5.

The order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the e-mail address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law. JUDGE !! BRW !!
