Learned counsel for appellant states that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. He filed compromisedeed dated 10.03.2022 on record. As per compromise-deed, during the pendency of appeal, the appellant had purchased the house property bearing no.3716 ad-measuring about 804.40 square meters by executing registered sale deed from the respondent no.2 and their relatives, who are the owners of the said portion of land. The present appeal is filed being aggrieved by the judgment in Regular Civil Appeal No.83/2012, wherein easementary rights of the appellant were involved. The purchase of suit property covers the portion of land in dispute. In view of above, nothing survives in the appeal. Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise-deed which is placed on record. Decree be drawn up as per deed of compromise dated 10.03.2022.
