(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant - Insurance Company is present through its Counsel. None present for the respondents.

Out of respondents, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are original claimant and respondent No.4 is formal respondent.

The appellant has filed pursis stating therein that the appellant does not want to proceed with the case. The appellant stated that the entire decreetal amount together with interest thereon as accrued till the date of depositing, has been already deposited in the Court.

In view of the fact that, the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal, this appeal is hereby disposed of, as withdrawn. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount as deposited by the appellant as per order of the Trial Court. The requisite court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.
