Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

This is an application for regular bail in connection with Crime 89/2020 registered with Police Station Warud, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased is the brother of the applicant. The allegations is that the deceased was strangulated to death. The applicant was arrested alongwith her mother Sulochana. While the applicant is in custody since 27.02.2020, her mother Sulochana is released on bail. Prima-facie, I do not see any distinguishing facts. Both the

24 LD-VC-BA92.2020.odt 2 accused appeared to be similarly situate. In this view of the matter, the applicant is entitled to bail.

The applicant be released from custody on furnishing PR Bond of 50,000/- with surety of like ┠Ҙ amount.

In view of the prevailing situation, the applicant is granted four weeks time to furnish surety. 6.

The application is disposed of.
