The question is, whether the alleged theft of electricity is already compounded. The material is insufficient to arrive at any conclusion in that respect. Hence, without observing anything on merits of the controversy and with liberty to the applicant to point it out to the trial Court, we dispose of the present proceedings. No order as to costs.
