Heard at length.

The prevision record of petitioners shows that they were required to be arrested and brought by more than two occasions.

Moreover, death of father has taken place on 16/05/2015. It is not the case of petitioners that some last rites are still to be performed.

Only reason given in paragraph no.10 is, because of death of father, family of petitioners is undergoing serious emotional trauma.

In this situation, though learned A.P.P. is strongly opposing, we direct respondent to carry petitioners to their native place to visit family at the cost and expenditure of

wp.418.15 2/2 petitioners by providing necessary police escort. The petitioners shall be permitted to stay with their family members from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. on any one working day within a period of seven days from today. With these directions, writ petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
