DATED : 11-08-2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3 have filed an application for permitting them to withdraw the amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, as the appeal is disposed of before the Lok-Adalat on 30-04-2023.

In paragraph 4 of the application, it is stated that during the pendency of the appeal, respondent No. 4-original claimant, died on 09-04-2018, and respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are the only her legal heirs and, therefore, he urged for permitting applicants to withdraw the entire amount, including the share of respondent No. 4.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the fact that the appeal has been disposed of before the Lok-Adalat on 30-04-2023, I am of the opinion that the applicants are entitled to withdraw the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the amount in the bank account of the respective applicants, including the share of respondent No.4, within six weeks, upon the applicants' furnishing of their bank account details to the registry.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
