It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that this Court directed the appellant to file private paper book within stipulated period. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence and some other difficulties the paper book could not be filed within the period stipulated by this Court. It is further submitted that the paper book is now ready and a direction be issued to office to accept the paper book in compliance to the order of this Court dated 17.2.2015.
For the reasons stated in the application and the submissions made by learned counsel, the application isj allowed in terms of prayer clause.
