An order made by Magistrate and confirmed in revision is under challenge before this Court.

Perusal of the FIR shows that the Courts below did not make any mistake in rejecting the application for discharge.

In view of above, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.331/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The learned trial Judge shall sympathetically consider the request of the applicants for exemption from appearance before the Court since the applicants are residing at distant places. JUDGE kahale
