2] This is an application for releasing the amount in favour of Devanand Rongdu Jambhulkar. 3] It is stated that in the appeal memo so also in the impugned judgment of the trial Court, the name of respondent No.1 is wrongly mentioned as "Dewanand s/o Logdu Jambhulkar" instead of "Devanand Rongdu Jambhulkar". That due to difference in middle name in all the documents, the office is not releasing the amount in his favour. 4] Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the office to release the amount which falls in the share of respondent No.4,

12CAF 1387.2021 and the correction accordingly be made in the judgment and order of this Court.

5] Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

6] Shri Bhuibhar, learned counsel for respondent No.7, seeks correction in the order dated 08/02/2020 passed in front of National Lok-Adalat, to the extent that though he appeared for respondent No.7, inadvertently, his appearance was shown on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company.

7] Accordingly, necessary corrections be carried out in the aforesaid order, and correct order be uploaded on the website of the High Court. JUDGE Sumit
