The Petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher. The Petitioner was transferred from Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to Zilla Parishad, Akola. On 11 May 2018, the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur relieved the Petitioner to join his services at Akola.

On 14 May 2018 the Petitioner reported at Zilla Parishad, Akola, but, on 11 July 2018 the Petitioner was directed to join his original post at Chandrapur, as there was no vacancy. The Petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing Writ Petition which was disposed of.

Present Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction the Respondent Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to relieve the Petitioner and further to direct the Respondent Zilla Parishad, Akola to give posting to the Petitioner.

No reply is filed on behalf of either of the Zilla Parishad. In the light of the fact that the Petitioner had approached this Court earlier, and that a decision will have to be taken by either of the Zilla Parishad, as to in which Zilla Parishad the Petitioner should serve, it would be appropriate that the Chief Executive Officers of both the Zilla Parishads should coordinate on the issue and take a decision as to in which Zilla Parishad the Petitioner will have to report. 6.

The said decision by either of the Zilla Parishad be taken with coordination with each other and communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from today. 7.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
