It is the case of the petitioner that her candidature is governed by the Government Resolution dated 14-12-2022. According to her, the issue is no more res integra and is already dealt with by Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.1485 of 2020 [Bharatee Balaji Rapatwar Versus The State of Maharashtra and another] with connected petitions decided on 16-12-2022. 2.

We have perused the said order.

The petitioners in the said petitions have withdrawn the petitions in view of the Government Resolution dated 12-12-2022. However, the right of the said petitioners is kept open in case they have any further cause to approach the Court.

That being so, we also dispose of the present petition as withdrawn in terms of the order passed in Writ Petition No.1485 of 2020, referred to above, keeping the right of the petitioner intact, in case she has any further cause to approach this Court.
