The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the Writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered a pursis signed by the petitioner in the Court, today. The same is accepted on record. It is stated in the pursis that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the petition.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the statement made in the pursis, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.
