This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 141 days in filing the appeal to raise a challenge to the Award passed by the Tribunal to the extent of quantum.

It is submitted that the applicant is the Insurance Company and due to the official procedure and obtaining sanctions from various levels, the delay has been occurred, which is unintentional.

Though learned Counsel for the respondents objected, however having regard to the reasons stated, to give fair opportunity to get the cause decided on merits, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. 5.
The application stands disposed of.
