This is an application filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2-claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering the facts of the present case, it cannot be said that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were dependent on the income of the deceased. In view of this, the application is dismissed.
