Mr. N. B. Jawade, A.P.P. for respondents-State. CORAM : B. R. GAVAI & V. M. DESHPANDE, JJ.
DATE : AUGUST 3, 2016 Perusal of the record would reveal that the petitioner is in habit of not only surrendering belatedly but was required to be arrested on three occasions since he did not report on the stipulated dates.
In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that the discretion exercised by the competent authority cannot be said to be perverse warranting interference. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
