This is an application made by respondent No. 1 for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation i.e. 21,20,113/- with accrued interest, deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw the compensation amount of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lacs only). The amount be paid to respondent No. 1 on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against him alongwith interest

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
