The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the non-applicant No.2-Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation has deposited 75% of the amount as per the order passed in First Appeal No. 1038/2013. Accepting the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, until further orders, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (i) of the civil application.
