After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, he prays that the Sessions Court be directed to conclude the trial within 3 months. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

As the applicant is in jail since 30th May, 2016, the Sessions Court is directed to conclude the trial till 30th November, 2017.
