Since the charge-sheet is filed long back and the Trial Court has recorded the evidence of material witnesses, we are not inclined to entertain this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that it is a case of accident and the applicant is a young student, who has been selected in a Railway Department.

Having regard to the above fact, we hereby direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial within one month from today. The Trial Court shall pass the necessary orders, if the presence of the witnesses are not secured and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.

The application stands disposed of in above
