DATED : 29 th JUNE, 2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh, as according to the instructions now available with him, the charge-sheet was filed on 09.09.2019 consequent to which the applicants had filed an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court which came to be rejected on 15.02.2020.
Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant No.2 who presently has been lodged in Akola Central Jail has tested COVID-19 positive and therefore, submits that since the order dated 15.02.2020 is not on record, he will file an application afresh.
Mr. Thakare, learned APP for the nonapplicant/State has no objection for the same.
2 LD-VC-Cri.BA.425.20 The present application therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
