We deem it appropriate to direct the respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner on October 31, 2023 in the light of the Full Bench Judgment in the matter of Kalpana wd/o. Vilas Taram and Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. reported in 2024 (4) Mh.L.J. 312 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order.
