In this Petition, the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 filed their Affidavit and submitted that the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in O. A. No.321/2022 to grant time-bound promotion to the Petitioners as per the Government Resolution dated 08/06/1995 and 20/07/2001 after completion of 12 years of service from the date of absorption on the post of Sectional Engineer is complied with. It is a matter of record that after withdrawal of the time-bound promotion, it was challenged before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and there was a stay to the order of withdrawal of time-bound promotion. The said order merged into final order even this Court also confirmed the said order. It is a statement made by the

2 929-CP No.178.2025 Respondent No.5 that after passing of the orders by Tribunal as well as This Court, there is no further directions for withdrawal and the promotion to Petitioners are continued and they are enjoying time bound promotion. Time bound promotion granted to the Petitioners is continued till today.
