Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The applicants are prosecuted for offences punishable under Sections 435 and 436 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The Applicants were arrested on 8th May, 2015. The investigation has been completed as informed to me by the learned APP. That being so, I make the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 366 of 2015 is allowed.

[b] Applicants shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs.

10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] each with one surety in the like amount.

[c] Applicants shall report to Police Station, Bhandara, on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., Judge |hedau|
