We permit the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy by submitting a grievance as per the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 to the competent authority.

The petitioner is the employee of the primary school and it is his claim that the grant of approval for a period from 04.07.2013 to 23.12.2015 is illegally rejected.

Let the competent authority, prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 look into the grievance of the petitioner against the impugned order dated 30.12.2019.

The grievance be submitted within four weeks from today.

The grievance be redressed/decided within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
