Criminal Revision No.171/2022 The record shows that vide order dated 10.08.2022, this Court has already suspended the substantive sentence of the applicant-accused by directing him to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in addition to already deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/-. The record shows that the applicant had deposited the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. As such, the APPR No.228/2022 stands disposed of as complied with.

Further it appears that the R & P is already received. As such, APPR No.229 of 2022 for filing certified copy of impugned judgment also stands disposed of.

Criminal Revision No.173/2022 3.

The record shows that vide order dated 10.08.2022,

this Court has already suspended the substantive sentence of the applicant-accused by directing him to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in addition to already deposited sum of Rs.50,000/-. The record shows that the applicant had deposited the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. As such, the APPR No.233/2022 stands disposed of as complied with.

Further it appears that the R & P is already received. As such, APPR No.232 of 2022 for filing certified copy of impugned judgment also stands disposed of.

Criminal Revision No.172/2022 5.

The record shows that vide order dated 10.08.2022, this Court has already suspended the substantive sentence of the applicant-accused by directing him to deposit the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- in addition to already deposited sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. The record shows that the applicant had deposited the said amount of Rs.4,00,000/-. As such, the APPR No.231/2022 stands disposed of as complied with.

Further it appears that the R & P is already received. As such, APPR No.230 of 2022 for filing certified copy of impugned judgment also stands disposed of.

Now all the revision applications are fixed for final hearing at admission stage on 09.12.2024.
