The petitioners who are forest labours claim regularization of their services in view of Government Resolution dated 16/10/2012. 2.

It is the case of the petitioners that they have already moved before the respondents for regularization of their services in the light of they having satisfied the requirement under the aforesaid Government Resolution. It is prayed that directions be issued to the respondents to decide the representations dated 12/10/2023 and 11/01/2024 made by the petitioners in that regard within the stipulated period. 3.

We have perused the Government Resolution dated 16/10/2012. 4.

The respondents are directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners dated 12/10/2023 and 11/01/2024 for regularization of their services in view of Government Resolution dated 16/10/2012 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order. 5.
