The petitioner has approached this Court since the learned Member of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal was not available during the summer vacation, 2015.
Since the learned Member of the Tribunal is now available, the counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition. The learned counsel, however, requests for continuation of status quo order, for a reasonable period, so as to enable him to approach the Tribunal.
Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
