This petition takes exception to the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hinghanghat, District - Wardha and the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the Naib-Tahsildar in Revenue Case No.23/MCA-5/2022-23.

By order dated 04.07.2022, the learned Sub-Divisional Officer remanded the matter back to the learned Naib-Tahsildar, for deciding it afresh. Pursuant to the said order, the learned Naib-Tahsildar has passed the order dated 22.12.2023.

The present petition cannot be entertained against the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, as pursuant to the said Prity

2 / 2 3.wp4956.2024 order, the learned Naib-Tahsildar has already passed the fresh order dated 22.12.2023. As regards the order passed by the learned Naib-Tahsildar dated 22.12.2023, admittedly there is a remedy of appeal/revision available to the petitioner.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed.
