At the outset, Shri R.S. Kurekar, learned counsel for the applicant would submits that he has instruction to make a statement before the Court that the applicant wish to withdraw this application, since the applicant intend to file discharge application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to file discharge application before the trial Court.
