This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent.

One of the ground raised in the application is that the trial is prolonged, therefore, the report of the District Judge was called which shows that it was the defence Counsel at whose instance the trial is held up. 4.
Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with direction to expedite the trial.

The applicant is arrested on 31/10/2019. Considering the applicant is languishing in jail since 2019, learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions
919.ba.459.25.odt Judge, Achalpur shall expedite the trial and dispose of the trial at the earliest.

The prosecution and the defence Counsel shall cooperate with the trial Court to dispose of the trial without seeking an adjournment except the exceptional circumstances.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Inform the concerned Court accordingly.
