DATE : 12.10.2015 By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.1 to deposit the amount of compensation in the Tribunal constituted under the Coal Bearing Areas (A & D) Act, 1957, where the claim of the parties is pending. Shri Darda, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states, on instructions, that the respondent no.1 has deposited the amount of compensation before the Claim Tribunal at Nagpur on 08.09.2015.

Ms Bhoyar, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Thakare, the learned Counsel for the petitioners does not dispute that the respondent no.1 has deposited the amount of compensation in the Tribunal at Nagpur and the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed at this stage.

In view of the statements recorded hereinabove, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
