This is an application for speaking to minutes in order to seek correction of typographical error in order dated 19.12.2017 whereby writ petitions were disposed of. Instead of the date "21.12.2012" mentioned in the said order pertaining to the direction for payment of maintenance, the same ought to be "21.11.2017". Since it is only a typographical error and the date "21.11.2017" finds mention in the first paragraph of the said order dated 19.12.2017, this application is allowed in terms of the prayer made therein. Accordingly, the order dated 19.12.2017 shall stand corrected to that extent. Application is disposed of.
