Though there is interim order in favour of the petitioners and they are getting salary, annual increments are not added to it. Prayer is, therefore, to release those increments.

The correspondence on record shows that on 11/06/2015 in-charge District Vocational Education and Training Officer, Akola has informed the petitioners not to add increments and to submit salary bills accordingly. Letter sent by the Principal of the petitioners on 29/07/2017 also supports this move.

Today, the learned A.G.P. invites attention of the Court to a communication dated 26/06/2018 sent by Assistant Director (Technical), Shri V.W.Shirbhate, informing that as there is no regular approval to appointment of Ku. S.L.Sharma (petitioner No.3), the office is facing some problems.

In this situation, we direct the respondents to release increments counting service of petitioner No.3 from 30/06/2010 onwards, every year, during pendency of the petition. The salary bills to be submitted shall add increments accordingly.

The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
